What we collect
- Order details. Your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter. Your email address, if you sign up.
- Site usage. Basic information your browser sends, such as device type, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including exchanges and returns.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site working, secure, and easy to use.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store: our e-commerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers and email provider. They may use your information only to do that work for us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart and remember your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work, though your cart may not be remembered between visits.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Email support@usa-patriot.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of any sharing.
Keeping it safe
The site uses encrypted connections, and we limit access to your information to the people and services that need it. We keep order records only as long as needed for orders, returns, taxes and legal obligations.
Children
The store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date below. Big changes will be announced on the site.
