These terms apply when you use usa-patriot.com or buy from USA-Patriot. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We show colors as accurately as we can, but your screen may display them a little differently. If we list something at the wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before charging and you can cancel.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will not be charged, or you will be refunded in full.

Our name and designs
The USA-Patriot name, star mark, designs, photos and text on this site belong to USA-Patriot. Please do not copy or sell them without written permission.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
Warranties and liability
We stand behind every tee, as described in our return policy. Beyond that, the site and products are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, USA-Patriot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
